Hello I’m EnbyLawyer

I’m a non-binary lawyer who will use this blog as a platform to write about laws that impact trans people and how these laws have been interpreted and used in relation to trans lives. I’ll also enjoy arguing how the law should be interpreted going forward and where the law should and hopefully will go.

My legal practice is limited to the jurisdiction of England and Wales, but commentary on the Trans Law Blog will move outside this geographical boundary. Of course, no blog post will constitute legal advice.
